Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must also provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds for preordered products are subject to a non-refundable fee. This fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the cost of materials, parts, labor, and resources allocated to the fulfillment of your order. Due to the custom nature of preorders and the advance allocation of inventory, any cancellation or return of a preordered product will incur a restocking fee, which will vary depending on the specific circumstances of the order. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to this policy as part of the purchase agreement.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
